That's how long it took to fill these 25 little boxes to make the perfect holiday advent calendar!
Three years of early mornings in thrift store aisles, estate sales on the floor sorting through someone's grandmother's jewelry box, and sifting through my own stash of goodies. I was looking for pieces that carried a little bit of celestial magic in them to share. Slowly, one find at a time, the collection came together.
There is only one of these in the world, and once it's gone, it's gone.
The box they come in is also a collector's piece. The 2021 Dandelion Chocolate advent calendar is a keepsake round box with a night sky lid featuring the constellations over snowy mountains and the aurora spilling its light into a still lake below. Inside, 25 numbered boxes sit nestled together, each one with its own little starry scene of winter landscapes, ready to hang with a ribbon so it can become an ornament on your tree or a little mini tree after its secret has been opened.
Inside those boxes are 22 vintage and celestial treasures plus three sealed invitations to sit down with me and read your chart. Some pieces you'll wear close to your skin. Some will live in your home and catch the light for years. One holds actual fragments of the cosmos that fell to earth long before any of us were here to read or wish on them.
